Our 50 minute sessions are the most popular, longer sessions are available for more complex issues or situations or for those that feel that more time would be helpful.

Rates for Associates: Christy, Natasha, Austin, & Rozy

50 minute session length - Individuals: $ 160 

                                                   Couples / Families: $ 180

75 minute session length - Individuals: $ 235

                                                  Couples / Families: $ 265

90 minute session length - Individuals: $ 275 

                                                   Couples / Families: $ 315

Rates for Kay Wenger, Clinical Supervisor:

50 minute session length - Individuals: $ 190

                                                   Couples / Families: $ 220 

75 Minute session length - Individuals: $ 280

                                                   Couples / Families: $ 325

90 Minute session length - Individuals: $ 330

                                                   Couples / Families: $ 390

Kay also offers couples intensive sessions that can span 4 - 8 hours a day (with breaks) for couples in need of accelerated progress. Contact her to inquire about the details.

Insurance

I am currently not on any health insurance panels so I cannot bill the insurance company directly.  If you have a PPO health insurance policy, I will accept payment at the time of service and I can provide you with a Super Bill that you can submit to the PPO health insurance company for reimbursement. 

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, it is up to you to verify what your PPO or employee benefit program will reimburse to you for a session(s) with Laguna Beach Counseling. The following are some suggested questions to ask your health insurance company / employee benefit program:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my insurance deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services may be available, ask the therapist about this possibility before you schedule a session. 

Payment

Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
